I have a 1980 Mk2 Estate in need of restoration. Do you know anyone in the South West of England who may be able to help me.
I live in Bristol and want to get in touch with a restorer who may bring my pride & joy back to his former glory.(The family call him "Herbie" and he is part of the family...)
I also have a 1981 MK2 saloon which is in need of two new front wings.
Do you know of anyone who specialises in MK2 granny parts?

I have just purchased a mk11 granada 2.8i ghia ix estate i paid a small amount of ?220.00 for it! As you can expect there are a few minor problems with body work and engine but i have complete service history and all mot,s !! I have decided that the car is too good to just drive around until it dies!! But i don,t know where to start looking for parts!! i am looking for a tail gate to start with and a couple of front wings also i need some rubber seals for the rear doors the ones that sit on the outside by the windows!! ???? This is not the first granda estate i have owned but it is the first one i have come across in such a reasonable condition for very little money!! I like your website and i hope you carry on with all your info!! If anyone can help me with my little project i would be very gratefull!! |

Hi,
My dad used to have a consol granada and also either a saloon or estate 2.5 V6 model as well.
Just like to say that I like the site. My mum used to have a 2.0L Estate Granada, old old R reg.
It was HUGE and used to take the whole family and thensome on various holidays and trips.
I couldn't see any pics of any mk1 Estates on the gallery? are there none? it's difficult to tell the diff between mk1 and mk2 from rear view pics I find.
Also, the specs say that there were no 2.0 Estate Granadas...does that make our old special or a rarity??

No I have a 1984 sallon red and hope to buy a coupe. There are spare parts in Turkey the factories there still make parts for granada. Any fanatic that wants to write to me is most welcome :-) |

I don?t know what my car is called i the things above but it is a Ford Granada 2,8i Ghia -78, and I think this page may attract the owners of the older cars, I think you would call it the mk1. But it was fun to see this page. |

I have a white 3 litre ghia with a 4 speed manual box, i have just got it back on the road after 8 years of hell trying to get parts!,thank god for banger racers, they were most helpful as for a few cans of beer and swopping bad panels for good i now have a solid mk 1.
if there is anybody in the Leicestershire area who wishes to contact a fellow granada fan then please send an e-mail.
